Fairly clean and pleasant place, has lovely views of the marina. The rooms are extremely spacious and the staff is really kind. There is a tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. It is perfectly located within at a walking distance from Mathew Street.

I stayed for 5 nights here and had a very lovely time. On arrival the room was well laid out and well-equipped. The location was excellent as for me, so close to the beach and shops, the sea front and the centre. Also, I was at a walking distance from Liverpool One Shopping Complex.

I greatly enjoyed my perfectly clean and huge room with a table and chairs and a balcony. The location was magnificent, close to Oddicombe beaches, the town Center and harbour & city centre. I checked out Liverpool Town Hall, that was set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Nothing to complain about, this was a nice stay for one night.

Liked this great family run hotel, recommend. My stay was lovely for one night. The room was a nice size and well furnished, also it had smoke detectors. The view of the marina from the window was delightful. The staff were all very attentive and excellent. The location turned out to be perfect, close enough to Babbicombe and Oddicombe beaches.
